Perth Active Rehab is growing! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist or Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our expanding allied health team.

This opportunity suits someone who enjoys building client relationships, works confidently and independently, and wants to grow their caseload with the backing of a supportive employer and mentor.

The Opportunity

We’re open to applicants from either profession, with the starting schedule tailored to your role:

- Physiotherapist: Potential to start with 2-3 days per week in Jindalee and 2 days per week in Floreat. You’ll be comfortable delivering both gym-based rehabilitation (or willing to be guided) and hands-on physiotherapy treatment, tailoring your approach to each client’s needs.
- Accredited Exercise Physiologist: Start with 2–3 days per week in Jindalee, with a plan to build toward a full schedule as your caseload grows.

Your Role Will Involve

- Performing initial assessments, developing personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans, and tracking client progress
- Delivering evidence-based care within your professional scope
- For physiotherapists,



combining hands-on treatment and assessments with exercise rehabilitation in a gym setting
- For exercise physiologists, delivering exercise interventions for clients with musculoskeletal, metabolic, cardiovascular, mental health and neurological conditions
- Working with clients through relevant funding pathways, including DVA, Medicare, NDIS, private health and workers’ compensation
- Liaising with allied health professionals and medical practitioners
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

What We’re Looking For

- Physiotherapist: Current AHPRA registration and confidence in both gym-based rehabilitation and hands-on physiotherapy treatment
- Exercise Physiologist: Current ESSA accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Skilled Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- An ABN, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-motivated approach and enthusiasm for growing your caseload
- Experience in private practice, return-to-work rehabilitation or NDIS services is preferred, but not essential
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
