FRM Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd (FRM) is a Darwin based company that commenced operations in 2012. We are one of the leading regional, commercial refrigeration and air conditioning companies in the Top End.

We specialise in the design, installation and service of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems. We are currently involved in large contract works for major Northern Territory projects such as national chain supermarkets, shopping centres, Defence Establishments, schools, and government buildings.

The Role

We currently have an exciting chance for immediate start, a full-time Administration Officer. Reporting to the HR/Payroll Manager, you will assist in day-to-day payroll activities & office administration.

About You To be successful in this role you will:

- Possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to details skills
- Be proactive, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn




- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of Microsoft Office experience

The following will be highly regarded:
- Experience using Employment Hero

- Demonstrated Payroll experience
- Experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or trade-based industry experience
- Experience using Advanced Business Manager (ABM) software
