We're creating a brand-new role for an AI & Automation Specialist to help us work smarter. You'll design and build the automations that connect our teams, own our Salesforce, HubSpot and other systems, and make sure we adopt AI in a way that's secure, compliant and genuinely practical – then train the business to get the most out of it.

This is a newly created, 12-month full-time opportunity with the potential to extend, giving you the autonomy to build and own the automation and AI function across the B.Invested Group.

What you'll do

· Design and implement automation and AI solutions that improve efficiency across all departments

· Own the administration of Salesforce, HubSpot and other systems – configuration, integrations, data quality and reporting

· Set the guardrails for safe, secure and compliant use of AI across the business

· Train and support teams across the business to get the most from our systems and AI tools





· Drive continuous improvement across our processes, from lead generation through to settlement

What you'll bring

· Proven experience administering Salesforce and HubSpot (qualifications highly regarded)

· Hands-on experience implementing AI tools and automations within a business

· A solid understanding of data privacy, security and compliance

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support non-technical teams

· 2 – 3 years in a systems, automation, CRM or business improvement role

· Real estate, property or financial services experience is a plus, but not essential

· 12-month contract with the potential to extend

· $95,000 – $115,000 + superannuation, depending on experience
