Your new role

As an AI Engineer, you'll design, build and support production-grade AI solutions that deliver measurable business value in a regulated environment. Working closely with data, engineering, architecture and security teams, you'll:

- Develop AI applications, copilots, agents and machine learning solutions
- Build RAG solutions, enterprise search capabilities and agentic workflows
- Create reusable APIs, prompts, orchestration patterns and integration components
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and MLOps/LLMOps practices
- Integrate AI solutions with Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and enterprise platforms
- Embed responsible AI, privacy, security and governance controls into solution design
- Monitor model quality, application performance, usage, cost and operational reliability
- Contribute to engineering standards, reusable frameworks and platform capabilities

What you'll need to succeed
- c. 2+ years' experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering or Data Engineering
- Strong Python development skills and experience working with REST APIs,



Git and automated testing
- Proven experience building and deploying AI, ML or Generative AI solutions into production environments
- Experience with cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD and production monitoring
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience integrating enterprise applications and data sources
- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility or similar AI platforms
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, AI agents and orchestration frameworks
- Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, AI governance, security and privacy controls
- Financial services or other regulated industry experience will be highly regarded
