Workplace Water Services Pty Ltd (WWS) is a leading appliance servicing and equipment provider to Australian “Top 100” companies based in the Perth CBD. WWS’ equipment provision platform includes water filtration and point-of-use water delivery appliances such as chillers, water coolers, ice makers, and dishwashers also.

WWS is currently seeking applications from candidates who can work as part of a team and who can manage their time to produce results whilst maintaining integrity and accountability. The position is a full-time role with expected working hours of 8am to 4pm Mon - Fri.

This job is based within the Perth CBD. Reporting directly to the Technical Services Manager, the successful candidate will be required to undertake the following duties & responsibilities:

· Maintenance and Repair of most water filtration, water delivery appliances, and also dishwashers.

· Troubleshooting using service manuals & general technical experience.

· Conduct diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.

· Liaise with Technical Services Manager to ensure jobs are completed and/or, when required, follow up and further appointments arranged.

Essential Attributes:





The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

· Good understanding and practical application of WHS requirements.

· WA Drivers License

· The ability to lift and move object which weigh up to and including a minimum of 15kg

· Experience working in a similar appliance service role - service, repairs & maintenance

· (Preferred) Experience within the plumbing, electrical, whitegoods or coffee industries, though other industries will be considered. (Preferred)

· Customer service skills - you will be speaking to Property Managers etc while you are out servicing / installing recent dishwashers.
