What You'll Be Doing

- Making outbound calls to prospective clients
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Booking appointments for our Business Development and Sustainability Consultants
- Building relationships with developers, architects, builders, and industry stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system
- Following up leads and nurturing prospective clients




- Supporting marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with business professionals over the phone
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, telemarketing, or business development is highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
