Sana is a Middle Eastern tapas and bar restaurant that has been operating since 2021 and continues to grow each year. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, develop their skills and grow with the business.

About the Role Working alongside the current chef, you will gain hands on experience in a busy kitchen environment.

Your duties will include:

- Assisting with food preparation for service
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Following workplace safety requirements
- Learning from experienced kitchen staff
- Progressing towards service duties as your skills develop
