With celebrated chef Manu Feildel at the helm, we’re serving up beautifully crafted dishes in a relaxed yet refined setting — and now we’re searching for an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist with bringing it all together.

What you'll do:

- Assist with leading the front-of-house with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Manage daily floor operations and reservations
- Ensure every guest experience is seamless and memorable
- Work closely with Manu and the Restaurant Manager to deliver high standards
- Cultivate a strong team culture and elevate service excellence

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar in a premium dining venue
- A natural host with charisma, attention to detail and a love for great food
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on attitude and genuine commitment to hospitality
- Current RSA Certification
- Cocktail experience preferred
- Available to work evenings and weekends
