About the role

You'll own how the audience and community grow across every platform: audio podcast, YouTube, email, social, and community. You'll be the person who knows the numbers better than anyone, tracking them, understanding what's driving them, running experiments to move them, and building the campaigns that grow the audience, drive engagement, and sell products and events. This is a hands-on growth role for someone who loves both the data and the doing.

You'll work directly with the founders and the production team, and you'll be trusted to own the growth layer of the business.

Key responsibilities

- Own the growth scorecard: track audience and engagement across podcast, YouTube, email, social, and community in one place

- Report weekly and monthly on what's growing, what's not, and why

- Dig into the data behind the numbers: CTR, retention, traffic sources, open and click rates, follower growth, conversion

- Turn insights into clear recommendations the team can act on

- Run a steady cadence of growth experiments: titles, thumbnails, hooks, CTAs, formats, subject lines, and posting strategies

- Collaborate with the founders and Video Producer on episode packaging: the angle, hook, and framing for each episode

- Optimise YouTube and podcast discoverability (SEO, playlists, descriptions, pinned comments, community posts)

- Develop platform-specific social strategies, rather than one-size-fits-all reposting

- Plan and run marketing campaigns end-to-end: for new content, programs and products, and live events

- Run product launches: planning the calendar, building email sequences, landing pages and social promotion, and reporting on results

About you

- Proven experience growing an audience across multiple platforms (for a brand, creator, or media company)

- Strong command of analytics: YouTube Studio, podcast analytics,



social insights, and email metrics

- Hands-on experience building and running marketing campaigns (email, social, landing pages)

- Experience with email marketing platforms (Kit / ConvertKit or similar)

- Transparent communication and sound professional judgement

- Examples of growth you've driven, with numbers to back them up

- YouTube growth and packaging experience (titles, thumbnails, retention) highly regarded

- Community building or management experience (online communities, memberships) highly regarded

- Paid social advertising experience (Meta in particular) highly regarded

- Product launch or event marketing experience highly regarded
