Unique Auto Parts is an established importer and supplier of European vehicle spare parts, known for quality products and helpful customer service. As our business grows, we’re looking for an Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our team in Melbourne’s south-east.
About the role
Put your automotive knowledge to work helping customers find the right parts. You’ll handle enquiries, process orders and build lasting relationships with workshops, working alongside a friendly team that shares your interest in cars.
What you’ll do
- Identify and source the correct parts using electronic catalogues and parts databases.
- Assist customers by phone, email and in person.
- Prepare quotes, process orders and invoices, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Check stock availability, follow up on enquiries and keep customers informed about their orders.
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in automotive parts interpreting or a similar role.
- An interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and confidence using computer systems.
- The ability to stay organised and prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to support your teammates.
- A current driver’s licence.
