Are you a reliable night owl looking for meaningful work
We’re seeking casual and permanent workers to cover awake overnight shifts required every night of the week
You’ll support adults with disability who call The Soul Shack home
What does the role involve
- Staying awake and available throughout the shift
- Providing support when participants wake or need assistance
- General cleaning and preparation tasks during quieter periods
Participants typically sleep for much of the night although their support needs can vary
Whether you’re an experienced support worker or someone looking for a meaningful career change we’d love to hear from you
We’re looking for people who are calm caring and dependable If you’re new to disability support the right attitude and willingness to learn are a great starting point
On-site accommodation in a separate dwelling may be available for a suitable applicant
We’re also interested in hearing from support workers available for other shifts
