As Bar and Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day bar operations, ensuring quality drinks, productive service and a great team culture. You'll work collaboratively with venue management to execute drink specials, maintain stock levels and provide an outstanding guest experience. This role is a hybrid role with time spent both behind the bar and on the floor managing the team and looking after guests.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support the team to deliver exceptional drinks and service.
- Manage stock, ordering, and inventory to keep operations efficient.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all cocktails and beverages.
- Work closely with the management team to align on specials and promotions.
- Train and develop staff to maintain high standards and team morale.
- Drive smooth operations,
ensuring a seamless customer experience.
About you
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Head Bartender, Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong cocktail knowledge with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Leadership and teamwork skills to create a supportive, high-performing team.
- Organisational abilities to manage stock, staffing, and service flow.
- A positive, energetic attitude that enhances the Plus 5 experience.
