Largs Bay RSL Sub-Branch Are you friendly, reliable and enjoy working in a welcoming, community-focused environment? The Largs Bay RSL Sub-Branch is looking for enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team on a casual basis! This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys hospitality, working with people and helping bring our local RSL community together.

About the Role - Position: Casual Bar Staff - Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per week - Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - Hours of work: From 2:30 pm until close

Key Responsibilities - Serving members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Opening and closing the Sub-Branch.
- Organising and assisting with events and functions for the RSL Sub-Branch.
- Conducting stocktakes and managing bar stock.
- Ordering bar supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy bar area, including cleaning tables and general cleaning duties.




- Providing excellent customer service and helping create a welcoming atmosphere for members and visitors.

Essential Requirements - Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol). - Current RP (Responsible Person) qualification. - Reliable, punctual and well-presented. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to assist with events, functions and general bar operations. Don't have experience in every aspect of the role? On-site training will be provided to help you learn the position and our procedures.
