About the role As our Barista, you'll lead the espresso bar and set the coffee quality benchmark at one of Sydney's most beloved community cafés.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- setting and maintaining the café's coffee quality benchmark
- keeping coffee equipment clean, maintained and operating at its best
- maintaining tidiness and cleanliness front and back of house.
What we're looking for
- Full Australian working rights essential
- Demonstrated barista experience
- Weekend availability essential (weekends are our busiest trade)
- Genuine love of people & interest in books
