Barista Wanted – Cafe Piccolo By Her (Fortitude Valley)

Cafe Piccolo by Her is looking for a full time or permanent part-time barista to join the team (casual baristas are welcome too, if you love coffee, let's talk about what works for you). We're in the middle of a real push to elevate our coffee quality and service, and we want someone who wants to grow with us.

- 15-38 hrs depends on availability
- Restaurant award rate

What we're looking for

- At least 2 years of specialty coffee experience
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- 7-day availability is a big plus
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A genuine hunger to keep learning about coffee

What you'll get

- A real path to grow into Cafe Supervisor or Head Barista

Bonus points if you're into

Sensory skill development, cupping, deep coffee knowledge, filter/pourover, or dreaming up new menu items. We run weekly and monthly internal training with a world-certified trainer to keep pushing everyone's skills forward.
