As a Bartender at TEMPO, you will be at the heart of our beverage service, creating delicious cocktails and providing top-notch service to our guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Mixing and Serving: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following established recipes and presentation standards.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.

Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in our drink menu, including ingredients, pricing, and specials, and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.

Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times, including bar tools, glassware, and ingredients.

Responsible Service:



Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and assist in monitoring guest alcohol consumption and ensuring their safety.

Cash Handling: Handle cash, process payments accurately, and maintain cash register records.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure a seamless dining and drinking experience for guests.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender is preferred, but we welcome talented and enthusiastic newcomers to the field.

- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including mixing, garnishing, and presentation.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating unique and high-quality cocktails.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
