Located in South Yarra, Soak Bathhouse is an urban sanctuary where people escape the city, recharge, and prioritise their wellbeing.

We’re hiring Christmas Casual Bathhouse Hosts/Attendants for both weekday and weekend shifts.

Bathhouse Host/Attendant –

We’re looking for organised, customer-focused, and passionate Bathhouse Hosts/Attendants to provide exceptional service and support daily bathhouse operations.

This is a casual role, with a range of shifts available:

? Monday – Thursday: 6 AM – 10 PM

? Friday – Sunday: 6 AM – Midnight

As a Bathhouse Host, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy the ultimate wellness experience while assisting with the smooth operation of our bathhouse.

Key duties include:

- Warmly greeting clients upon arrival and providing assistance as needed.

- Efficiently managing the check-in process, ensuring accuracy and promptness.

- Facilitating bookings and reservations, via phone, email and in person utilising our booking system.

- Addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance.

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the bathhouse facility, ensuring a pleasant environment for all guests.





- Adhering to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.

- Other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the establishment.

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A genuine passion for the health and wellness industry.

- Exceptional customer service skills, coupled with a flexible and solution-oriented approach to achieve positive outcomes.

- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, manage a diverse workload, and handle multiple responsibilities.

- A friendly and lively personality, coupled with a positive, self-starting attitude and a commitment to consistently performing at a high standard.

- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.

- Proficiency in computer and administrative tasks, including experience with scheduling software.

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.

- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, school holidays, and public holidays as required.
