About the Role

As our Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every visit is smooth, professional, and enjoyable. You will play a key role in managing appointments, supporting retail sales, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the salon.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment bookings, phone enquiries, and online reservations
- Process client payments and support retail product sales
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting reception area
- Coordinate appointment flow and support therapists throughout the day
- Assist with administrative duties and stock management




- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our salon's professional standards

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or a client-facing role (beauty or wellness industry experience highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Experience using booking systems and payment processing software
- A genuine passion for beauty, wellness, and delivering outstanding client experiences
- A reliable, positive, and proactive attitude
