We are seeking an experienced and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide beauty treatments, assess individual client needs and maintain high standards of service, hygiene and client satisfaction.

Benefits $75,000 to $80,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.

Task &

responsibilities

- Consult with clients to identify their beauty needs, skin concerns and treatment preferences.
- Assess skin types and conditions and recommend suitable beauty treatments and skincare products.
- Perform facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage and mask application.
- Provide eyebrow shaping, threading, waxing and tinting services.
- Perform eyelash tinting, lash lifts and other lash treatments within the scope of training.
- Provide facial and body hair removal treatments using suitable waxing and threading techniques.
- Explain treatment procedures and provide appropriate aftercare advice.
- Recommend suitable skincare routines and products to support treatment results.
- Prepare treatment rooms, products and equipment before appointments.
- Clean and disinfect tools, equipment and work areas in accordance with salon hygiene procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and replenishing beauty products and consumables.




- Manage appointment schedules and complete treatments efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment.

Qualification &

experience

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- At least two years of relevant experience as a Beauty Therapist.
- Practical experience in facial treatments, hair removal, eyebrow and eyelash services.
- Sound knowledge of skin types, treatment contraindications, beauty products and infection control procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work a adaptable roster, including weekends as required.
