XCircle is rapidly expanding its Wangara and Neerabup manufacturing facilities to meet growing demand for modular critical power infrastructure and AI data centre solutions. We are seeking experienced Benders / Press Brake Operators to join our fabrication team at our Wangara facility on a casual basis, with an immediate start.
The Role
You'll set up and run our Amada press brakes, turning flat sheet into accurate formed parts for our power transfer units and enclosures. It's a busy period, and we need people who can read a drawing, set up their own tooling and get it right first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program and operate Amada CNC press brakes to bend and form sheet metal to drawings
- Read and work from technical drawings, production orders and job specifications
- Select tooling, carry out setups and form parts to tight tolerances
- Input and adjust programs on the press brake controller
- Check and measure formed parts for accuracy before they move on
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Help with general sheet metal work and assembly when needed
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area in line with company and WHS standards
About You
- At least 2–3 years operating press brakes in a sheet metal or fabrication shop
- Experience on Amada press brakes preferred (AMNC / Dr. ABE controllers and Amada tooling highly regarded)
- Confident reading technical drawings and measuring to tolerance
- Forklift and overhead crane experience (desirable)
- Reliable, safety-conscious and a strong team player
- Own steel cap boots
- Available to start immediately

- $52.50 per hour (incl. casual loading) + 1.5x Overtime + Super
- Weekly pay
- 40.5-hour week – 6:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 12:30pm Friday
