We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Bistro Supervisor to join our team and help lead our busy 250-seat restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading a team and wants to take the next step in their career.

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- Experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for developing and supporting a team.
- The ability to confidently manage busy restaurant services in a fast-paced workplace.
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge and a strong understanding of full-service restaurant operations.
- Great communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first approach.
- The ability to think on your feet, solve problems and remain calm under pressure.
- A positive, hands-on attitude and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities Reporting to the venue’s management team, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of our restaurant, including:

- Leading and supervising restaurant shifts to ensure efficient, high-quality service.




- Being hands-on during service, supporting the floor and bar teams as required.
- Managing restaurant bookings, guest arrivals and the smooth flow of service.
- Supervising, supporting and motivating staff to perform at their best.
- Communicating effectively with front-of-house, kitchen and management teams.
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally.
- Ensuring service standards, venue procedures and presentation are consistently maintained.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
- Helping manage labour and operational costs while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role This is a hands-on supervisory position suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example and taking ownership of a busy service.

Availability to work nights, weekends, public holidays and throughout the busy Christmas / New Year summer period is essential.
