We are seeking a committed, organised team member to join our women’s boutique in a role that requires professionalism, accuracy, and genuine care. You will receive bra fitting training and on‑the‑job training, including becoming a Breast Form Fitter within your first four weeks.

About the Role

This is a specialised fitting and admin‑focused position involving:

- Conducting bra fittings with confidence and care (full training provided)
- Supporting women through breast form fittings (on‑the‑job training provided and an Amoena Fitter Course)
- Creating current items in Square, receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory
- Delivering warm, professional customer service
- Managing admin tasks, stock records, and customer files
- Using POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Working calmly and effectively under pressure during busy periods
- Maintaining a tidy, organised workspace
- Assisting with annual‑leave cover when required
- Upholding boutique standards and procedures

About You You will thrive in this role if you are:

- Highly organised, reliable, and committed
- Number and letter literate with strong attention to detail
- Experienced in customer service
- Confident using Square, POS systems, and general technology
- Comfortable creating items, receiving stock,



and following inventory processes
- Able to work independently and stay composed under pressure
- Someone who takes their role seriously and values consistency
- Flexible enough to assist with annual‑leave cover
- Willing to learn specialised fitting skills through structured and on‑the‑job training

Training & Support

You will receive

- Full bra fitting training
- On‑the‑job training and an Amoena Fitter Course to become a qualified Breast Form Fitter within your first four weeks
- Ongoing support from an experienced team
- A stable weekly structure with clear expectations

Hours:

- Every Friday: 10am–4pm (permanent shift)
- Two cover shifts per week: 3 hours each
- Times vary, but usually finish by 2pm
- Every 3rd or 4th Saturday: 10am–1pm
- Availability for annual‑leave and Sick cover when required

Pay: $28.00 – $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 – 15.0 per week
