Deploy Medical is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you’ll maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and help ensure our accounts are organized and up to date.
Key responsibilities
- Record and categorise income and expenses
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts
- Prepare invoices and track payments
- Maintain organised financial records and supporting documents
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
- Support payroll processing and tax preparation as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance role
- Familiarity with accounting software (Xero)
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfort handling confidential financial information
- Good communication and time-management skills

- Pay: $50.00 per hour.
- Schedule: 10 working hours per week.
