Position: Brand Manager | Full Time | Sydney

We’re partnering with a leading global medical aesthetics company to appoint an experienced Brand Manager to lead the strategy, positioning and commercial growth of its Hyaluronic Acid (HA) dermal filler and skin booster portfolio.

This is a commercially focused role combining brand strategy, HCP marketing, scientific education and sales enablement. Working closely with Sales, Clinical Training, Medical and Regulatory teams, you will own the annual brand plan, HCP marketing initiatives, portfolio positioning and commercial performance.

A key focus will be strengthening the portfolio’s value proposition, increasing adoption across aesthetic clinics and translating clinical and scientific differentiation into measurable commercial growth.

The Role

Own and execute the annual brand and tactical marketing plan.

- Develop evidence-based brand positioning using clinical data, market insights and competitor intelligence.
- Partner with the Sales team to increase portfolio adoption among customers and identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop HCP campaigns, sales tools, competitor positioning and educational content.
- Work with Clinical Training, Medical and KOLs to deliver workshops, events and scientific education.
- Lead digital, CRM and HCP-facing marketing initiatives.
- Analyse sales, customer conversion,



portfolio performance and campaign ROI.
- Manage brand budgets, agencies and cross-functional campaign delivery.

Not open to sponsorship, and all candidates must reside in Sydney.

About You

- 3–5+ years’ brand/product marketing experience within medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or healthcare.
- Previous Brand Manager experience within medical aesthetics is highly regarded, particularly across HA dermal fillers.
- Demonstrated ownership of brand plans, campaigns, budgets and commercial performance.
- Strong scientific literacy with the ability to translate clinical information into compelling HCP communications.
- Commercially minded with robust analytical, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, clinical educators and agencies.
- Highly organised and comfortable balancing strategic brand management with hands-on execution.
