A well-established FMCG business is looking for a Brand Manager who can move fluidly across Brand, Consumer and Shopper Marketing - picking up projects based on business priority and delivering strong outcomes regardless of scope or complexity.

Some projects will be highly strategic. Some will be executional. Some will span multiple markets. All of them will be yours to own from brief through to post-implementation review.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, builds trust quickly and never lets the detail slip no matter how many plates are spinning.

What you’ll own:

- Marketing projects end-to-end across Brand, Consumer and Shopper disciplines
- Project plans, timelines and delivery frameworks across competing priorities
- Stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Operations
- Budget management including phasing, forecasting, reconciliation and CMO reporting
- Consumer insights and data translated into sharp, actionable recommendations




- Risk identification and proactive management throughout the project lifecycle

- Solid brand management experience in FMCG or consumer goods
- The ability to hold multiple work streams without dropping the detail
- Commercial acumen and solid data literacy
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels
