You'll be the friendly first point of contact for students, helping create a welcoming, organised and professional learning environment.

- Welcome new students and support their onboarding and course commencement.
- Respond to student enquiries and provide timely, helpful assistance throughout their learning journey.
- Follow up on student attendance, outstanding fees and course-related requests.
- Assist students with learning systems, extensions, deferrals and general enquiries.
- Keep campus facilities clean, organised and ready for learning.




- Coordinate meeting rooms, mail, office supplies, maintenance and general campus administration.

What you'll bring

- A positive, approachable and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and pride in creating a great first impression.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or administration. RTO experience is advantageous!
