About the role

This is a wide-ranging, hands-on role for someone who can investigate a fault, understand what caused it and carry out a lasting repair. One day you could be diagnosing a charging issue. The next, tracing water ingress, repairing a fitting or working through a problem that doesn't have an obvious answer. You'll need sound judgement, patience and pride in getting the details right.

Key responsibilities

- Fault-finding and repairs across campers, hybrid caravans and caravans
- 12V electrical systems, including batteries, solar, charging, wiring and controls
- 48V systems, with relevant experience highly valued
- Water leaks, plumbing faults, seals and fittings
- Silicone and sealant removal, surface preparation and neat application
- Mechanical components, cabinetry, doors, hardware and appliances
- Testing completed repairs and documenting what was found and fixed

About you

- You might be an automotive electrician, mechanic, caravan repairer,



maintenance technician or an experienced tradesperson with strong diagnostic skills
- Strong hands-on skills and a logical approach to fault-finding
- Practical experience with 12V systems
- An understanding of lithium batteries, inverters, solar and charging systems
- Experience with silicone, sealants and watertight repairs
- The ability to work independently and recognise when specialist help is needed
- Care for customers' property and a tidy, organised approach
- Clear communication and reliable follow-through
- Any work requiring a licence must be completed by an appropriately licensed tradesperson
