About the Role

As our Car Washer, you'll play an important role in delivering the finishing touch to our customers' service experience.

You'll be responsible for ensuring every vehicle booked in for servicing receives an interior vacuum and exterior wash before being returned to its owner.

Working closely with our Service Advisors and workshop team, you'll help ensure vehicles are cleaned to a high standard and ready for customer collection on time.

This is a hands-on, active role that's perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, and taking pride in a job well done.

Key Responsibilities

- Vacuum the interior of customer vehicles, ensuring floors, mats, and accessible areas are clean and presentable.

- Thoroughly wash the exterior of every vehicle booked in for servicing.

- Chamois and dry vehicle exteriors to achieve a clean, streak-free finish.

- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

- Work closely with the Service Advisors and workshop team to prioritise vehicles based on customer collection times.

- Handle customer vehicles with care and respect at all times.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised vehicle washing area.

- Ensure cleaning equipment and products are used correctly and maintained appropriately.

- Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.

- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.

- A reliable, punctual, and hardworking approach.

- The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

- Good time management and organisational skills.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A genuine interest in cars and delivering quality results.

- A current Australian driver's licence.

- Previous car washing or vehicle detailing experience would be advantageous,

but is not essential—we're happy to train the right person!

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in what they do, brings a positive attitude to work every day, and understands that even the smallest details contribute to a outstanding customer experience.
