LXD Lounge is seeking enthusiastic, reliable and service-focused casual team members to join our events and venue support pool. Located at Chadstone Tower One, LXD Lounge provides a professional setting for corporate meetings, conferences, networking events and private functions.

We're looking for people who enjoy working in events, take pride in presentation and understand the importance of delivering an exceptional experience for every client and guest.

Shifts will vary depending on bookings and operational requirements, with work primarily involving evening and night functions and occasional daytime events. Duties may include preparing event spaces, assisting with room setups, supporting food and beverage service and ensuring the venue is presented to a high standard before, during and after each event.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality, events, hotels, conferencing or customer service who enjoys a varied role and flexible casual work.

In this role, you will

- Set up and prepare conference rooms and event spaces according to client requirements
- Assist with event bump-in, pack-down and room resets
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Assist with food and beverage service and catering presentation
- Support corporate functions, networking events and private bookings
- Maintain venue cleanliness, organisation and presentation
- Assist with event equipment,



room amenities and basic AV setup
- Respond to guest requests and support the smooth running of events
- Work collaboratively with the venue management team to deliver excellent client experiences

About you You're reliable, proactive and someone who takes pride in getting the details right. You enjoy working with people, can adapt to changing priorities and are happy to get hands-on to help an event run smoothly.

You'll also bring

- Experience in hospitality, events, conferencing, food and beverage or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, friendly and well-presented approach
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for evening and night shifts, with occasional daytime availability
