Oatlands Golf Club is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our hospitality team and help deliver an exceptional experience to our members and guests.

Located in Sydney's north-west, Oatlands Golf Club is a highly regarded private members' golf club with a proud history, a welcoming atmosphere and a strong sense of community.

Operating seven days a week, the Club is currently undergoing an exciting redevelopment, including the construction of a new clubhouse, making this a great time to join our team.

About the Role

As a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be part of a small, friendly and professional team responsible for providing high-quality service across our bar and food service operations.

We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of creating a welcoming environment where members and guests feel valued.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing friendly, attentive and professional service to members and guests.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Assisting with food service and general hospitality operations.
- Operating POS systems and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
- Assisting with Club events, functions and general hospitality requirements.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a hospitality, bar or food and beverage role.




- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
- A reliable attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
- The ability to remain organised and deliver quality service during busy periods.
- Food handling qualifications or training (desirable).

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude who genuinely enjoys providing great service and building relationships with members and guests.

Availability

- Weekend availability is essential.
- Flexibility to work a combination of weekday, weekend and occasional public holiday shifts.
- Casual hours will vary depending on operational requirements.

Remuneration: Casual hourly rates in accordance with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award, including applicable loadings and penalty rates.
