PT Role | Snap Fitness Austral Badgerys Creek

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Badgerys Creek. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- To be considered
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- The role
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.




- Availability needed

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What we provide

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
