Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Len Waters Estate

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Len Waters Estate. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Hours you need to be free

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay structure This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Day to day
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.




- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
