Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Haymarket

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Haymarket. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability needed

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What the role involves





Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Follow our coaching and admin systems. There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
