Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Tweed South Palm Beach

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Palm Beach. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Pay

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start




- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Your responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
