What you’ll be doing
- Conducting routine inspections and clearly documenting property condition and any concerns.
- Hosting leasing inspections and welcoming prospective tenants.
- Responding to questions and sharing inspection feedback with the Property Management team.
- Flagging maintenance, cleaning or presentation issues that need attention.
- Keeping inspection records accurate and up to date.
What you’ll bring
You enjoy meeting people, notice the details and follow through on what you say you’ll do.
You’ll also need
- A current real estate licence is needed.
- A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.
- Availability to work 2–3 days per week, including Saturdays (Saturday availability is essential).
- Transparent, friendly communication and strong organisational skills.
- A professional approach and confidence working independently.
- Comfort using technology and learning property systems.
Previous experience in routine inspections, leasing or property management would be valuable.
