WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sewing & Production Assistant with a keen eye for detail and a love of sewing to join our small, close-knit team in West Ryde.

You’ll support our production team with a range of tasks, including:

- Assisting with sewing, garment assembly and finishing.
- Preparing fabrics, trims and materials for production.
- Trimming threads, pressing garments and checking finished pieces.
- Helping with minor repairs and alterations as required.
- Folding, labelling and packing garments.
- Keeping the sewing and production area organised.




- Providing general assistance with day-to-day production tasks.

About you

- Sewing experience and confidence using a sewing machine.
- Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for quality workmanship.
- A willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Reliable, organised and comfortable with practical, hands-on work.
- A friendly attitude and the ability to work well within a small team.
- Experience with industrial sewing machines or garment production would be an advantage.
