YoWay Frozen Yoghurt Surfers Paradise is looking for confident, outgoing and approachable people to join our team.

Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, our store welcomes locals, families and visitors from around the world. We need team members who enjoy meeting new people, bring positive energy to every shift and aren’t afraid to start a conversation.

We’re especially looking for applicants with solid availability for:

- Late-night and closing shifts
- Early-morning and opening shifts
- Weekends, public holidays and school holidays

What you’ll be doing

- Welcoming every customer with energy and a genuine smile
- Creating a fun and memorable YoWay experience
- Helping customers with our self-serve frozen yoghurt and açaí range
- Preparing loaded cookies and other menu items
- Operating the register and processing payments
- Preparing toppings and keeping displays full and inviting
- Restocking yoghurt flavours, cups, toppings and supplies
- Maintaining excellent food-safety and hygiene standards
- Keeping the store clean, organised and looking its best
- Completing opening or closing duties
- Supporting your teammates during busy periods

We’re looking for people who are
- Naturally outgoing, friendly and easy to approach
- Confident speaking with customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Positive, energetic and enthusiastic
- Reliable,



punctual and available when rostered
- Comfortable working independently during quieter periods
- Calm and efficient when the store gets busy
- Willing to clean, restock and stay active throughout the shift
- Available for late-night or early-morning shifts
- Able to travel safely and reliably to and from Surfers Paradise

Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer service is helpful, but it isn’t essential. We can teach you the role—we’re looking for great personalities, strong availability and a genuine willingness to learn. Why join YoWay?

Pay: $26.66 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 25.0 per week
