Busy Cafe in Applecross seeking an experienced Chef/Cook to work casual hours circa 30 hours per week. Join our experienced team of chefs working in an open kitchen with outstanding customer interaction. Our meals are cooked to order and we serve separate breakfast and lunch menus made with fresh quality produce to restaurant standard recipes and quality by our experienced chefs.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fresh quality produce and cook dishes to restaurant standard recipes
- Manage and store product in accordance with Health and Safety requirements
- Use and store equipment in accordance with Health and Safety requirements and standards
- Supervise junior staff
About you
- Minimum 2+ years of professional chef/cook experience required
- Previous cafe or restaurant cooking experience is required
- Must hold valid Australian work rights or acceptable work visa
- Must be available weekends
- Day hours only required to 3pm (No nights)
