Chefs & Cooks – Helm Bar, Cockle Bay Wharf, Sydney

Helm Bar is looking for passionate and reliable Chefs and Cooks to join our kitchen team at Cockle Bay Wharf, Darling Harbour.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes to menu standards.
- Assist with daily kitchen preparation and smooth food service.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Follow recipes, portion control and presentation standards.
- Assist with stock control, deliveries and minimising food waste.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

About you:

- Previous commercial kitchen experience preferred.
- Relevant cookery qualifications or equivalent experience desirable.
- Solid teamwork, communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
