Little Miracles Terrigal is looking for a passionate and experienced Child Care Educator to join our community! Leverage your skills by investing into the children you care for, whilst also being invested into yourself. We value our educators and provide training and support in areas including qualified and personal development, as well as wellbeing. This is a full time role to cover for a maternity leave position. We are looking for an immediate start with an end date of 27 February 2027, however there is potential for extension.

What you'll be doing

- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that foster children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
- Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of each child
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Actively participate in team meetings, training and professional development
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the childcare centre

What we're looking for

- Certificate III of Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Experience working as an Educator in a childcare setting
- Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Creativity and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of children
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
- Working with Children Check
