Us/n We’re 4WD Supacentre, the home of Adventure Kings. We’re passionate about helping everyday Aussies explore more of the great outdoors, for less. /n We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Reception Team Member to support our busy Contact Centre. About the Role/n As the first point of contact for customers calling 4WD Supacentre, you’ll provide a warm welcome, understand their needs and connect them with the right team. /n Reporting to the Reception Team Leader, you’ll resolve basic enquiries and ensure more complex matters are handed over smoothly, helping customers receive timely and helpful support. /n Your responsibilities will include: /n /n
- Answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.
/n
- Understanding customers’ reasons for calling and resolving basic enquiries.
/n
- Directing complex enquiries to the appropriate specialist team.
/n
- Providing explicit handovers and recording accurate call notes.
/n
- Delivering excellent customer service while working towards team and individual KPIs.
/n
- Maintaining knowledge of our product range and current promotions.
/n
- Identifying recurring customer issues and sharing feedback with your Team Leader.
/n
- Providing end-of-day updates on your daily activities.
/n About You/n You’re approachable, enjoy helping people and bring a positive attitude to a busy customer service environment. /n To be successful in this role, you will bring: /n /n

/n /n Previous experience in reception, a contact centre or customer service will be highly regarded.
