Following the successful award of our Claxton Road, Kolonga project, we are currently seeking Civil Construction Labourers and Experienced Operators to join our growing team.
The Roles
Civil Construction Labourers
We are seeking motivated and reliable Labourers to assist with a range of civil construction activities on site. Applicants must have previous experience working on civil construction projects and be committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Previous concrete experience highly regarded
Operators
We are also seeking experienced operators for the following positions:
- Excavator Operator - Final Trim Experience Essential
- Truck Drivers and other plant experience highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
- General labouring duties including site preparation, earthworks support, concreting assistance and materials handling
- Operating plant and equipment in a safe and efficient manner (where applicable)
- Assisting operators, tradespeople and site supervisors as required
- Following site safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Operating hand and power tools
- Supporting the team to achieve project milestones and deadlines
About You To be successful in these roles, you will have:
- Previous experience working on civil construction sites (essential)
- Construction White Card (mandatory)
- Experience in general labouring, earthworks and civil construction activities
- Relevant plant operating tickets and VOCs (for operator positions)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Reliable, hardworking attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in varying conditions
