ABOUT US Walker's Cleaning is a Sydney commercial cleaning company looking after offices, medical centres, gyms, pubs and hospitality venues, and strata properties from the Central Coast to Wollongong. We've grown quickly, and we're hiring our first dedicated supervisor to keep our standards high as we scale.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be the person on the ground across our sites while cleans are happening. You'll check quality, train and support our cleaners, and pick up the specialist jobs that keep sites looking sharp. This is a hands-on role, not a desk job, and you'll report to our Head of Operations.

The roster is mostly afternoon and evening shifts (around 4pm to midnight) Monday to Thursday, plus one weekend day shift. Some weeks may include early morning shifts for our pub and venue sites.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Visit sites during evening cleans to check quality and support the team
- Train cleaners on site in technique, products, and equipment




- Carry out specialist tasks such as pressure washing, window cleaning, and bathroom scrubbing
- Induct cleaners at new sites and help build site plans with management
- Deliver stock and monitor supplies and equipment across sites
- Monitor work health and safety and report any issues
- Help our cleaners work more efficiently so sites run to their rostered hours

ABOUT YOU
- Experience in commercial cleaning, ideally in a supervisor or team leader role
- Confident with pressure washing and window cleaning, or keen to learn
- Good at coaching people and happy to show rather than tell
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working evenings on your own
- Full driver's licence and the right to work in Australia
