This is a varied role combining front-of-house, client relationships and creative marketing at a premium skin clinic. You will deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting marketing initiatives for a luxury brand.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience and manage daily reception duties
- Build client relationships through personalised follow-ups, rebooking and retention
- Create beautiful Instagram content, including Reels, Stories and photography
- Design and schedule Mailchimp newsletters and marketing campaigns
- Support product launches, events and local brand collaborations
- Work alongside the clinic team to ensure a seamless client journey
About you
- Experience in luxury beauty, wellness, hospitality or premium retail
- A natural flair for customer service and building relationships
- Robust content creation skills and an eye for aesthetics
- Confidence using Instagram, Canva and ideally Mailchimp
- Excellent organisation, initiative and attention to detail
