Attria is a vibrant neighbourhood wine bar in the heart of Richmond, known for its welcoming atmosphere, curated wine list, creative cocktails, and our loyal community of regulars. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our close-knit team and help elevate our beverage program.

The Role

We aren’t just looking for someone to pour drinks; we want a host behind the wood who can balance technical skill with genuine charisma. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality classic cocktails and guiding our guests through our wine list with confidence and ease.

This is a versatile role—while the bar is your home base, you’ll also be expected to step onto the floor and assist the team as needed to ensure the entire room is running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

- Cocktail Fluency: Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and the ability to execute them to a high standard.
- Wine Savvy: You should feel comfortable recommending wines to patrons and discussing different styles or regions.
- Versatility: A "no task is too small" attitude. You’re happy to run plates or transparent tables when the floor team needs a hand.
- Hospitality First:



You bring a professional yet charismatic presence. You know how to read the room and make every guest feel well looked after.
- Efficiency: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a tidy, organized, and polished bar space.
- Credentials: A current, valid Victorian RSA certificate is essential.

Availability & Hours This is a casual position offering 10–20 hours per week.

- Requirements: You must have a mix of daytime availability and the ability to work late-night weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday).
- Flexibility: We pride ourselves on being extremely flexible with roster requests and time-off needs.

Pay: $26.44 – $47.62 per hour
