We’re looking for passionate, experienced hospitality professionals to join our team as Senior Bartenders and Front of House Team Members. The Roles

We have part-time/full-time opportunities available for both Senior Bartenders and Front of House Team Members. You’ll work closely with our management team in a workplace that values creativity, professionalism, and a genuine service culture.

Senior Bartender

We’re on the lookout for a confident, hands on bartender with strong cocktail knowledge, excellent service skills, and the ability to lead from behind the bar.

What You’ll Do

- Lead bar service with confidence and energy;
- Curate and maintain beverage lists, with a strong focus on cocktails;
- Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high service standards;
- Manage stock and assist with ordering and stock control;
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to deliver elevated guest experience; and
- Contribute ideas and improvements to help to continue to grow and evolve the venue.

What We’re Looking For

- Bar experience and confident cocktail skills;
- Leadership experience, with a hands on approach and the ability to inspire others;
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional service;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
- A team focused mindset, with the ability to work autonomously when needed;
- A valid RSA; and




- Barista skills are a bonus, but not essential.

Senior Front of House Team Members

We’re also seeking experienced Senior Front of House Team Members who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and helping lead a team in a busy, vibrant restaurant environment.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver skilled and attentive customer service;
- Help lead service on the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient operations;
- Support, train, and mentor junior team members;
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and maintaining service and presentation standards;
- Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience; and
- Bring a positive attitude, initiative, and ideas to help improve the way we do things.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a senior front of house or supervisory role;
- Strong communication and leadership skills;
- A genuine passion for hospitality and superior customer service;
- Ability to remain organised and composed during busy service periods;
- A proactive, team oriented attitude and a willingness to lead by example; and
- A valid RSA.
