This established Sydney agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take on a portfolio of just 90 tenancies, predominantly across retail.

You’ll work alongside the Director, who has previously managed this portfolio himself, giving you a smooth handover and genuine insight into every asset and client.

- Up to $110,000 package plus commissions

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of 90 tenancies, predominantly retail
- Be the key point of contact for owners and tenants, building strong and lasting relationships
- Oversee lease administration, rent reviews,



renewals and arrears
- Manage outgoings, budgets and reconciliations
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors across the portfolio
- Identify and pursue opportunities to sell and lease commercial property

What You Bring

- Experience managing commercial property (essential)
- Class 2 Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Current driver’s licence and your own car (essential)
- Retail property management experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisation and a proactive, commercial mindset
