Synergie is seeking a Concrete Repair Technician for a client who is a leading force in the construction industry, renowned for delivering high-quality concrete repair solutions in the commercial space.

About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Repair Technician for ongoing work with opportunities for career progression. You will work across multiple construction sites in Adelaide, metropolitan areas, and some regional work as needed utilising your expertise to deliver exceptional concrete repairs. Please note, this is not a Concreter role, only those who have worked in concrete remediation will be considered. The standard hours of work are Monday to Friday from 7am - 3pm, however earlier starts and/or later finishes depending on site requirements.

Saturday work as required, but not often.

Key Responsibilities:

- Concrete patching, crack injection, and joint repairs




- Spalling and delamination repairs
- Grinding, surface preparation, and coatings
- Formwork, steel fixing, and concrete pours as required
- Operating power tools, jackhammers, grinders, etc.
- Adhering to site safety requirements and company procedures

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Prior experience with concrete remediation (essential)
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on length of stay in Australia or working hours
- Solid plasterer qualifications desired but not essential
- White card, car and licence essential
- Working at heights, confined space, scissor and boom lift tickets are not essential to secure the role, however they will be needed to continue in this role long-term
- Ability to pass an instant drug & alcohol test as per site requirements
