We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to take ownership of our construction operations and play a key role in the continued growth and success of our business.

About the RoleThis is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager who is ready to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our residential construction division.

Reporting directly to the Company Directors, you will oversee our Site Supervisors, manage construction performance and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

We are looking for a proactive leader who can make decisions, solve problems and take genuine ownership of construction operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and manage our Site Supervisors and construction teams.
- Oversee multiple residential building projects from site commencement through to handover.
- Manage construction scheduling, programming and workflow to achieve build targets.
- Monitor construction budgets, costs,



variations and overall project profitability.
- Ensure quality workmanship, compliance with building regulations and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.
- Improve construction processes, systems and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor and report on construction KPIs, including build times, quality, costs and supervisor performance.
- Work closely with the Directors to support business growth and long-term operational success.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Building Manager within the residential building industry.
- Experience managing a high volume of residential construction projects.
- Solid leadership skills with demonstrated experience managing Site Supervisors and subcontractors.
- Excellent understanding of residential construction processes, scheduling, budgets and compliance.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on productivity, efficiency and profitability.




- The ability to work independently, make confident decisions and take accountability.
- A hands-on, practical approach combined with strong management capabilities.
- Relevant building qualifications and a thorough understanding of Queensland residential construction requirements.
