Contaminated Land Roles currently open:

- Scientist / Consultant - $85k - $115k + Super
- Senior Consultant - $115k - $150k + Super
- Senior / Principal Consultant - $135k - $170k + Super
- Principal - $160k - $195k + Super
- Associate Director / Technical Director - $190k - $240k+ + Super

New roles come in regularly, so it’s worth getting in touch even if your exact level isn’t listed.

The work

- Depending on the role, you’ll be working across preliminary and detailed site investigations, remediation planning and validation, due diligence, acid sulfate soils and emerging contaminants like PFAS. Several of these firms work closely with accredited contaminated sites auditors, and clients range from government and industry to developers.

What you’ll need

- A degree in environmental science, geology, chemistry, engineering or similar
- Contaminated land experience within a consultancy
- Working knowledge of the Contaminated Sites Act 2003 and the NEPM (ASC)
- Solid report writing, and the ability to run projects at Senior level and above
- For Principal and AD roles - client relationships,



team leadership and some business development
- Full Australian work rights
